Our journey started with SAFFRON in Cambridge and then to cater to larger crowd and introduce party hall & HAKKA Cuisine, we brought in another location SAFFRON INDIAN & HAKKA CUISINE. Saffron is an authentic Indian and Hakka cuisine restaurant that brings the finest traditional cuisines of Indian & Hakka Chinese to Cambridge. We cater to the palates of those who are new to Indian food, as well as those who are well-acquainted with India’s sumptuous spices and mouth-watering seasonings. With 30 years experience from Europe & India, we make many of our ingredients—from yogurt to fresh paneer—in house, and cook every meal to order: mild, medium, hot or extra hot!
